More about Wildwater at Nantahala
We will be heading out on Friday, rafting the Nantahala on Saturday, and heading back on Sunday. We will be rafting with the Wildwater rafting group who has hosted us for the past 3 years. They are absolutely wonderful with our group and show us such a great time. The guides are very knowledgeable and do very well with keeping us safe of the river. The Nantahala River is located in Nantahala National Forest and is one of America's favorite whitewater playgrounds. The trip takes over 3 hours and contains numerous class I and II rapids, with a class III at the end. We will be staying at the Wildwater bunkhouse and enjoying some great food, crafts, hiking and more!
